About Us

Dr. Leslie Haller graduated first in her class from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 1992. She is a general dentist and board certified in laser dentistry. She has advanced training in diagnosing and treating tongue and upper lip ties. She is passionate about the advantages of using lasers to help with many kinds of oral health issues.

She uses a low level laser to treat mucositis for cancer patients. And she has a CO2 laser for releasing tongue ties (frenectomies).

She says, “It is so gratifying to see the amazing difference such safe and simple procedures can make in people’s lives.”

Dr. Haller is actively involved in research looking at a possible connection between tongue-ties and SIDS. In May, 2016 a paper written by Dr. Haller and Dr. Brown was published in the Journal of Rare Disorders: Upper-Lip Frenum as Predictive Marker for Risk of Unexpected and Unexplained Asphyxia in Infants.

She is available to give talks about tongue ties, upper lip ties and why it is important to look for and treat them if they exist. She is a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, the International Consortium of Ankyloglossia Professionals and the North American Association for Photo Biomodulation Therapy.
